Corrections Policy

Accuracy is the reason Certcalendar exists. If something on the site is wrong, we want to fix it quickly.

How to report an error

Email enquire@certcalendar.com with the subject line “Correction.” Please include:

  • the page URL
  • what you believe is incorrect
  • a link to the official source showing the correct information, if you have one

What happens next

We check every report against primary sources, usually within 5 business days.

  • If the information is wrong, we update the page and change its last-updated date. If the error was significant, such as a wrong price, exam format, or renewal deadline, we add a short correction note at the end of the article saying what changed and when.
  • If the same fact appears on other pages, we correct those too.
  • If we can’t verify the claim, we’ll tell you what we found.

What we don’t change

We don’t change content because a company requests more favorable coverage. We don’t remove accurate information because it is unflattering to a certifying body or training provider.
